本文主要依据SN/T 2051-2008 标准对食品中羊源性成分检测进行特异性、灵敏度、稳定性等方法学验证,同时进行掺伪样和市售商品检测.结果表明,本方法灵敏度高(0.001%)、特异性强、稳定性好,适用于食品中羊源性成分检测.
Methodological Validation of Detection of Ovine Origin Components in Food
This article mainly verified the specificity,sensitivity and stability of sheep derived components in food according to SN/T 2051-2008 standard,and tested adulterated samples and commercially available commodities The results showed that the method had high sensitivity(0.001%),strong specificity and good stability,and was suitable for the detection of sheep-derived components in food.
