摘要

食品加工过程中的质量检测控制是确保食品安全和品质的关键环节.本文深入探讨了食品加工各阶段的质量检测要点,包括原料检验、加工过程控制和成品检测.并针对新兴食品加工技术带来的质量控制挑战提出了应对策略,旨在为提升食品安全水平和产品质量提供参考.

Abstract

Quality inspection and control in food processing is the key link to ensure food safety and quality.In this paper,the key points of quality inspection in each stage of food processing are discussed,including raw material inspection,process control and finished product inspection.It also puts forward countermeasures to the quality control challenges brought by emerging food processing technology,aiming at providing reference for improving food safety level and product quality.
