摘要

高效液相色谱法测定牛奶中黄曲霉毒素M1 检测结果的不确定度主要来自待测物称量、待测物定容体积、标准溶液配制、高效液相色谱仪以及方法的回收率这 5 项因素.本文通过大量的实验数据分析得出了牛奶中黄曲霉毒素M1 的含量基本水平在 0.201 5 μg·L-1,牛奶中黄曲霉毒素M1 含量的不确定度为:X=(0.201 5±0.007 6)μg·L-1,k=2.

Abstract

The uncertainty of the determination of aflatoxin M1 in milk by high performance liquid chromatography mainly comes from the weighing of the substance to be tested,the constant volume of the substance to be measured,the preparation of standard solution,high performance liquid chromatograph and the recovery rate of the method.Among them.Through a lot of experimental data,the analysis shows that the basic level of aflatoxin M1 in milk is 0.201 5 μg·L-1.The uncertainty of aflatoxin M1 in milk is:X=(0.201 5±0.007 6)μg·L-1,k=2.
