摘要
本文以现代分析技术为研究对象,对食品添加剂的主要分类及发展现状进行了梳理.从食品安全和食品标准的角度出发,总结了现代分析技术在食品添加剂中的应用价值,分析了未来食品添加剂中分析技术应用的趋势,旨在为食品添加剂检测技术研究提供理论参考.
Abstract
In this paper,the modern analysis technology is taken as the research object,and the main classification and development status of food additives are sorted out.The application value of modern analytical techniques in food additives is summarized from the perspective of food safety and food standards,and the trend of application of analytical technology in food additives in the future was summarized,and theoretical reference was provided for the research of food additive detection technology.
