Abstract
This paper discusses the application of Analytical chemistry technology in food safety detection,including the detection of food additives,pesticide residues,heavy metals,microbial pollution and other harmful substances.Through detailed analysis,the key role of Analytical chemistry techniques such as chromatography,spectroscopy and mass spectrometry in ensuring food safety was demonstrated.The paper also emphasizes the advantages of Analytical chemistry technology in food safety testing,such as high sensitivity,accuracy and wide range of applications,which provide a strong guarantee for food safety.
