摘要
农药残留问题是社会关注的焦点,而水果、蔬菜等农产品作为人们日常生活的主要食物,其农药残留情况更是备受人们关注.基于此,本文分析了果蔬中多种农药残留检测技术及其基质效应,以供参考.
Abstract
The problem of pesticide residues is a focal point of social concern,and agricultural products such as fruits and vegetables,as the main food in people's daily lives,have attracted more attention to their pesticide residues.Based on this,the detection techniques and matrix effects of various pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables were analyzed for reference.
