Analysis of Rapid Detection Technology of Microorganism in Dairy Products
Dairy products have high nutritional value and are one of the foods people need daily,but dairy products require natural flora in the production process,so it is easy to be contaminated by microorganisms.In this paper,rapid detection technology and its application in microbial detection of dairy products were analyzed and studied,aiming to help relevant enterprises to strictly manage microbial detection of products,ensure high quality production of dairy products,and promote the healthy development of China's dairy industry.
