Abstract
This article investigates a pesticide residue analysis method based on high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS)technology.A comprehensive exploration was conducted on the basic principles,sample preparation and pre-treatment methods,and specific applications of HPLC-MS technology,aiming to safeguard food safety.
