摘要
在开发保健食品的过程中,人参是主要原料,皂苷类成分是人参的主要组成内容.为进一步保证保健食品的有效性及安全性,需强化对人参皂苷类成分的快速检测,并将不同的快速检测方法应用于实际工作之中,以提升快速检测质量与效率.本文对保健食品中人参皂苷类成分的快速检测及应用进行研究与分析,以期为相关工程的开展提供保障.
Abstract
In the process of developing health food,ginseng is the main raw material,and saponins are the main components of ginseng.In order to further ensure the effectiveness and safety of health food,it is necessary to strengthen the rapid detection of ginsenosides,and apply different rapid detection methods in practical work,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of rapid detection.Based on this,the rapid detection and application of ginsenosides in health food were studied and analyzed in order to provide guarantee for the development of related projects.
