摘要

本研究建立了利用原子荧光光度计测定蜜蜂和蜂产品中汞含量的方法.0.25 g蜜蜂样品和 0.5 g蜂蜜样品通过微波消解,消解试剂为 5 mL HCl和 2 mL HNO3,最终体积调至 15 mL.当样品质量为 0.25 g时,检测限低于 0.03 μg·kg-1,回收率为 74%~107.7%,RSD<3%.此法简便、快速且灵敏度高,适用于多种基质中汞的检测,为环境监测和食品安全提供了有效工具.

Abstract

A method for the determination of mercury content in bees and bee products by atomic fluorescence photometer was established.The 0.25g bee sample and 0.5g honey sample were digested by microwave,the digestion reagent was 5 ml HCl and 2 ml HNO3,and the final volume was adjusted to 15 ml.When the sample mass is 0.25 g,the detection limit is lower than 0.03μg·kg-1,and the recovery rate is 74%to 107.7%.It's three percent.The method is simple,rapid and sensitive,and is suitable for the detection of mercury in various substrates.It provides an effective tool for environmental monitoring and food safety.
