Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the types and sources of Marine animal protein and its application research progress in the fields of medicine,food,cosmetics,Marine biological materials,Marine environmental protection and ecological restoration,demonstrates its broad application prospect and potential value,and summarizes the importance and future development direction of Marine animal protein research,in order to provide references for promoting its in-depth research and extensive application.
