Market and Consumer Research Analysis of Pre-cooked Dishes
In view of the needs of modern fast-paced life,this study analyzed the new food formats of prepared dishes through 709 market questionnaires.The results show that the prepared vegetable market is not yet saturated,and women are the main consumers,while students,civil servants and company employees are the main buyers.Consumers prefer to buy offline and are concerned about product convenience,high-quality ingredients,taste diversity and nutritional balance.This study provides an empirical basis for the further development of the prepared vegetable market,which is helpful to meet the diversified needs of consumers and promote the healthy development of the market.
