基于熵理论的承德粮食仓储精益化管理评价体系研究

摘要
粮食仓储作为保障国家粮食安全的重要物质基础,是维护市场稳定的"稳定器".本文以承德粮食仓储为研究对象,阐述承德市粮食仓储管理现状,从"人、机、粮、法、环"5 个方面对粮食仓储精益化管理的影响因素进行分析,形成评价指标体系,构建粮食仓储精益化管理评价模型.最后,提出保障承德粮食仓储精益化管理对策建议,以期为粮食仓储企业保障体系建设提供科学的理论参考.
Abstract
As a significant substance basis for ensuring national food security,grain warehouse is a"stabilizer"for maintaining market stability.Taking Chengde grain warehouse as the research object,this paper expounds the current situation of grain warehouse management in Chengde,analyzes the influencing factors of lean management of grain warehouse from five aspects of"people,machine,grain,method and environment",forms the evaluation index system,and constructs the evaluation model of lean management of grain warehouse.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the lean management of Chengde grain warehouse in order to provide scientific theoretical reference for the construction of grain warehouse enterprise security system.
