摘要

在粮食入仓作业过程中,需要配备装卸工人手动开启关闭火车卸粮坑入仓闸门.该种作业方式存在作业效率低、安全系数低、自动化程度低以及劳动强度大等缺点.为提高作业效率,节省劳动成本,本文对火车卸粮坑粮食入仓闸门进行自动化改造.通过引入自动化控制技术、传感技术及远程监控技术,实现放料闸门的远程操控与精准调节,提升粮食装卸效率与安全性.

Abstract

During the grain storage operation,loading and unloading workers are required to manually open and close the gates of the train grain unloading pit.This operation method has the disadvantages of low operation efficiency,low safety factor,low degree of automation and high labor intensity.In order to improve operation efficiency and save labor costs,this paper automates the grain storage gates of the train grain unloading pit.By introducing automatic control technology,sensor technology and remote monitoring technology,remote control and precise adjustment of the discharge gates can be achieved,improving the efficiency and safety of grain loading and unloading.
