摘要
本文在手动放料的散粮装车漏斗基础上,加装相应传感器等信息化设备,依托原有放料控制平台,设置车辆识别子系统、自动装车子系统进行自动化无人放料,解放了人力,节约了企业的用工成本.
Abstract
In this paper,on the basis of manual discharge of bulk grain loading funnel,the corresponding sensor and other information equipment are installed,relying on the original silo discharge control platform,vehicle identification subsystem and automatic loading subsystem are set up to automate unmanned discharge,which liberates manpower and saves the labor cost of enterprises.
