Application of Digital Temperature Measurement Technology in Bulk Grain Silo System
With the rapid development of the economy,the automation and intelligence level of bulk grain silo operations continues to improve,which also puts forward new requirements for the safe and reliable operation of equipment.In order to meet these requirements,it is crucial to adopt advanced technological means to enhance the comprehensive management capability of silos and improve the safety of bulk grain silos.The conveying equipment in the silo,such as belt conveyors,elevators,and scrapers,are often in continuous operation,through digital temperature measurement technology,real-time monitoring,warning,and alarm of the temperature of key parts such as bearings and drums of these equipment can be achieved to ensure stable operation of the equipment and prevent accidents.This article mainly introduces the application of the Lianyungang Dongliang Seaport Co.,Ltd.digital temperature measurement technology in the bulk grain silo system,aiming to enhance the overall digitalization level and provide technical support for improving the safety performance bulk grain system equipment.
