桥式抓斗卸船机的钢丝绳润滑保养是港口设备维护的一项关键步骤.传统钢丝绳润滑方式是人工刷油,不仅效率低下,还可能导致安全问题.近年来,智能润滑技术发展迅速,港口设备的润滑保养工作开始向自动化、智能化转型.然而,卸船机钢丝绳的润滑依然是一个技术挑战.本文通过创新技术,研发出一种随动式钢丝绳润滑系统,该系统可在卸船机移动过程中,将小车机构滑轮的动能通过机械传动传递给润滑泵,并通过控制系统进行精准控制,实现对钢丝绳的自动润滑.随动式钢丝绳润滑系统的成功应用,突破了现有卸船机起升开闭钢丝绳润滑存在的技术瓶颈,为国内桥式起重设备的创新发展提供技术支撑.
Bridge Grab Ship Unloader Follow-on Rope Lubrication System
The lubrication and maintenance of the steel wire rope of the bridge grab ship unloader is a key step in the maintenance of port equipment.The traditional lubrication method for steel wire ropes is manual oil brushing,which not only has low efficiency but may also lead to safety issues.In recent years,intelligent lubrication technology has developed rapidly,and the lubrication and maintenance work of port equipment has begun to transform towards automation and intelligence.However,lubrication of the steel wire rope for ship unloaders remains a technical challenge.This article develops a follow-up steel wire rope lubrication system through innovative technology,the system can transmit the kinetic energy of the trolley mechanism pulley to the lubrication pump through mechanical transmission during the movement of the ship unloader,and achieve automatic lubrication of the steel wire rope through precise control by the control system.The successful application of the follow-up steel wire rope lubrication system has broken through the technical bottleneck of the existing lubrication system for the lifting and opening steel wire ropes of ship unloaders,providing technical support for the innovative development of bridge lifting equipment in China.
