近年来,随着沿海港口规模的不断扩大,对港口大型设备的防风能力以及防风应急响应速率提出了更高的要求.然而,目前港口大型设备防风装置技术相对落后,加之人员操作不当或防风措施落实不及时,导致存在港口大型设备被强风吹动而发生倾翻的安全隐患.这类事故不仅会造成重大的经济损失,还可能引发人员伤亡.为了解决这些问题,本文参考粮食自动化码头建设,提出引入新型自动防风拉杆装置,对门座式起重机现有防风系统进行优化升级,这种自动防风拉杆装置的使用,能够在很大程度上提高门座式起重机的防风安全系数和防风效率,不仅确保了机械和人员的安全,还能提高港口作业的连续性和可靠性,对于保障港口运营的稳定性和安全性具有重要的实际意义和推广价值.
Research on the Application of Automatic Windproof Tie Rods on Gantry Cranes
In recent years,with the continuous expansion of coastal ports,higher requirements have been put forward for the wind resistance and emergency response speed of large equipment in ports.However,the current technology of wind prevention devices for large equipment in ports is relatively backward,coupled with improper personnel operation or untimely implementation of wind prevention measures,resulting in safety hazards such as tipping of large equipment in ports due to strong winds.Such accidents not only cause significant economic losses,but may also lead to casualties.In order to solve these problems,this article refers to the construction of automated grain terminals and proposes the introduction of a new type of automatic windproof pull rod device to optimize and upgrade the existing windproof system of gantry cranes.The use of this automatic windproof pull rod device can greatly improve the windproof safety factor and efficiency of gantry cranes,not only ensuring the safety of machinery and personnel,but also improving the continuity and reliability of port operations.It has important practical significance and promotional value for ensuring the stability and safety of port operations.
