摘要
水产品富含蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸、维生素及微量元素等各种营养物质,符合现代大众对健康养生的需求,经加工处理后可延长产品的货架期,提高产品的商业附加值.本文介绍了广东省汕尾市水产品加工业的发展现状,分析了汕尾市水产品加工业发展存在的问题,并提出了汕尾市水产品加工业高质量发展的对策,旨在为汕尾市海洋经济高质量发展提供参考.
Abstract
Aquatic products are rich in protein,unsaturated fatty acids,vitamins,trace elements and other nutrients,in line with modern people's health needs,after processing can extend the shelf life of products,improve the commercial added value of products.This paper introduced the development status of aquatic product processing industry in Shanwei city,Guangdong province,analyzed the problems existing in the development of Shanwei's aquatic product processing industry,and studied the countermeasures of high-quality development of Shanwei's aquatic product processing industry,aiming to provide reference for the high-quality development of Shanwei's marine economy.
