脱色、离子交换树脂应用于功能糖精制的研究进展

摘要
功能糖是一类具有多种生理功能的优质碳水化合物,因其具有降低血脂、促进肠道有益菌生长、增强免疫力等多种生理功效逐渐受到人们关注.功能糖制备过程中容易产生色素和无机盐等杂质影响产品质量,脱色、离子交换树脂由于吸附速度快、操作简便、使用周期长等优点,已被应用于功能糖的精制纯化.本文主要综述脱色、离子交换树脂在功能糖中的应用进展,以期为功能糖的后续纯化和工业化生产提供理论支持.
Abstract
Functional sugar is a kind of high quality carbohydrate with various physiological functions,which has been gradually paid attention to because of its physiological effects such as reducing blood lipids,promoting the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria and enhancing immunity.In the process of preparing functional sugar,impurities such as pigment and inorganic salt are easy to produce,which affect the quality of the product.Decolorization and ion exchange resin have been gradually applied to the purification of functional sugar due to the advantages of fast adsorption speed,easy operation and long service cycle.In this paper,the application of decolorization and ion exchange resins in functional sugars was reviewed,in order to provide theoretical support for the subsequent purification and industrial production of functional sugars.
