Strategies for Dealing with Illegal Additives in Veterinary Drugs
With the rapid development of animal husbandry,the role of veterinary drugs in animal disease prevention and control has become increasingly prominent.However,the problem of illegal additives is frequent,posing a threat not only to animal health but also potentially endangering consumer health through residues in animal products.This paper analyzes the main types,hazards,and causes of illegal additives,and focuses on the prominent issues in the standardization of detection technology,production quality control,and regulatory oversight in the distribution process.It proposes countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the governance of veterinary drug quality and safety,from the perspectives of improving detection methods,strengthening internal enterprise management,and innovating regulatory approaches,aiming to curb illegal additives at the source and ensure the safety of animal medication.
