Research on the Construction of Microbiological Laboratory Testing and Inspection Capabilities of Student Collective Dining Distribution Units
Food microbiological inspection and testing is an important part of food safety management in student collective dining distribution units.The inspection and testing results are an important basis for measuring the degree of food contamination and judging whether the food is edible,which can directly affect the safety of student meals.Based on this,this paper combines its own work experience and focuses on the characteristics of collective dining distribution units to study the construction of microbiological laboratory inspection and testing capabilities from the aspects of site environment,instruments and equipment,culture media and reagents,testing personnel,and inspection process,so as to provide a reference for the standardized and scientific microbiological inspection and testing work of student collective dining distribution units.
