Innovation and Practice of Chain Catering Enterprise Management in the New Retail Environment
The rise of new retail models has had a profound impact on traditional chain catering enterprises.On the basis of analyzing the challenges faced by chain catering enterprises in the context of new retail,such as changes in consumer demand,new technological shocks,and supply chain transformation,this article points out the difficulties in traditional management models such as online and offline channel integration,information construction,and supply chain efficiency.In response to these challenges,three innovative management models and practical suggestions have been proposed:building an integrated online and offline marketing system to provide consumers with a seamless service experience;building a digital intelligent operation platform to improve decision-making and operational efficiency;optimize the supply chain to achieve flat,visual,and intelligent management.By utilizing emerging technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and the internet of things,chain catering enterprises can comprehensively promote innovation in management models,improve operational performance,meet the personalized and convenient consumption needs of consumers,and achieve sustainable development.
