Research on Supply Chain Management of Fresh Agricultural Products in Deyang Under the Background of Rural Revitalization
Strengthening the management of the agricultural product supply chain system is an important part of rural revitalization.It is significance to analyze that in the context of rural revitalization strategy.This paper mainly analyzes the current status of fresh agricultural product supply chain management in Deyang from four aspects:supply chain member organization,logistics,information flow,and capital flow.It is suggested to establish supply chain partnerships,strengthen contractual cooperation to achieve supply chain coordination;accelerate the construction of cold chain logistics systems,integrate supply chain resources;build a digital supply chain for information sharing;broaden the financing channels to improve the competitiveness of fresh agricultural product supply chain,create value,achieve agricultural development,promote farmers'income,and help rural revitalization.
