本文以文化自信为视角,探讨了将中国优秀传统文化和饮食文化融入课程教学,培养学生的文化自信和创新意识,提出了融合文化元素的课程思政实践路径,构建了"问题-探究-思辨-应用"教学模式,实现隐性和显性教育的统一,对于提升高职烹饪专业"烹饪营养学"课程建设,以及辐射带动其他专业课程思政建设具有一定意义.
Construction and Practice Exploration of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Courses Under the Perspective of Cultural Confidence—Taking the Course"Nutrition and Cooking"in the Cooking Major as an Example
This article explores how to integrate Chinese outstanding traditional culture and food culture into curriculum teaching from the perspective of cultural confidence,cultivating students'cultural confidence and innovation awareness.It puts forward a practical path of integrating cultural elements into curriculum ideology,constructs a teaching mode of"problem-exploration-thinking-application",realizes the unity of implicit and explicit education,and has a certain significance for enhancing the construction of the course"Culinary Nutrition"in higher vocational cooking majors,as well as radiating and driving the ideological construction of other professional courses.
