Research on the Problems and Countermeasures in Food Safety Sampling Inspection
Food safety is an issue that people pay close attention to,and sampling inspection is an important means to determine food quality and safety.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen food safety sampling inspection.However,in the current sampling inspection of food safety,there are some problems such as lack of standardization,heavy workload,and uneven quality of personnel and backward sampling inspection methods.In order to improve the quality of food safety sampling inspection,this paper proposes to establish unified inspection standards,formulate perfect rules and regulations,improve personnel's comprehensive literacy,optimize sampling inspection methods and other optimization measures.
