Determination of Six Neonicotinoid Pesticide Residues in Lily by Ultra-high Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of six kinds of neonicotinoid pesticide residues in lily by solid phase extraction combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).Method:The samples were extracted by acetonitrile solution, purified by PSA solid phase extraction column, and determined by UPLC-MS/MS.Result:The linear relationship of the six neonicotinoid pesticides was good within the range of 0.1~10.0 ng·mL-1,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.99.The limits of detection is 0.015~0.250 μg·kg-1.Three spiked levels were selected for recovery experiments. The average recovery rates were 81.5%~117.0%,with a relative standard deviation ranging from 1.6%to 11.3%.Conclusion:This simple and rapid method can be used for the determination of six kinds of neonicotinoid pesticide residues in lily.
