摘要

浅圆仓因具有单位面积粮食储存率高、仓体结构性能优越和环境适应能力强等优点,在散粮装卸港口及临海储运企业中得到广泛应用.螺旋清仓机作为浅圆仓清仓的必要设备,其应对板结物料(soybean knot)的防压能力、清仓效率及人工依赖度(artificial dependence)将直接影响船舶停靠时间和筒仓周转率.本文针对螺旋清仓机对轻度、中度板结物料的清仓性能进行改进,以降低清仓机被物料压停的可能,提升清仓的智能化、无人化效果.

Abstract

The Squat Silo has the advantages of high grain storage rate,superior structural performance and strong environmental adaptability,it has been widely utilized in grain import ports,as well as in coastal storage and transportation enterprises.As an essential equipment for squat silos,the sweep auger's ability to handle the pressure of soybean knots,its clearance efficiency,and its artificial dependence will directly impact berth duration and turnover rates.This paper aims to enhance the clearance performance of spiral clearance machines in both mildly and moderately compacted materials.By doing so,it reduces the likelihood of machine stoppages caused by material blockages and improves the intelligent and unmanned operation of the clearance process.
