Research on the Application of Rapid Detection Technology in Food Safety Supervision
Food safety has become a global concern,how to apply rapid detection technology to food safety supervision has become a current research focus.This paper comprehensively analyzes the importance of food safety supervision and the connotation of rapid testing technology,and then discusses the specific application of rapid testing technology.From multiple aspects such as microorganisms,food additives,and chemical pollutants,the application of rapid testing technology for food safety in China is described,and the practical significance of different technologies for improving the efficiency of food safety supervision and reducing testing costs is analyzed.It aims to provide technical basis for food safety supervision and management.
