Research on the Development of Prepared Dishes for the Elderly Population in Zhejiang Province under the Background of Aging
This paper analyzes and evaluates the market demand,product design,marketing strategy and social and economic benefits for the development of prepared dishes for the elderly in Zhejiang Province.By deeply exploring the specific needs of the elderly group,a series of strategies are put forward to meet the needs of food safety and nutrition convenience of this group.The analysis shows that the development of such products can significantly improve the quality of life of the elderly group,and have a positive impact on regional economic development and related industrial chain activities.
