融合人工智能的实践教学方法创新与实践——以烹饪专业为例

随着人工智能技术的发展,高等教育如何在理论与实践教学方法方面与其进行完美而又恰当的融合,对于高校转型发展和人才培养质量至关重要.烹饪专业因极度具有专业特色,对于应用人工智能在实践教学方法上的创新具有明显的高度需求属性.本文以烹饪与营养教育专业为研究对象,通过调查与研究、实证与案例等多种方法,提出烹饪专业融合人工智能的实践教学方法,为该专业的可持续发展做出贡献.
The Innovation and Practice of Practical Teaching Method Integrating Artificial Intelligence——Taking Cooking Specialty as an Example
With the development of artificial intelligence technology,how to perfect and appropriate integration of theory and practical teaching methods in higher education is crucial to the transformation and development of colleges and universities and the quality of talent training.Due to its extremely professional characteristics,the culinary major has obvious high demand for the innovation of the application of artificial intelligence in practical teaching methods.This paper takes the major of cooking and nutrition education as the research object,and proposes the practical teaching method of integrating artificial intelligence into the major of cooking through various methods such as investigation and research,demonstration and case study,so as to contribute to the sustainable development of the major.
