Analysis on the Course Construction of "Food Microbiological Inspection Technology" in Higher Vocational Colleges based on Modern Apprenticeship System
Based on the background of modern apprenticeship teaching,the course"Food Microbial Inspection Technology"relies on the school-enterprise dual training site,sets up an efficient and collaborative"double tutor"team,reconstructs the curriculum system,establishes teaching strategies,realizes the co-compilation of textbooks by the school and enterprise,deeply digs the ideological and political elements in the course,and builds a multi-subject,multi-dimensional and whole-process evaluation system.It greatly promotes the deep integration of curriculum theory and practice.It is expected to provide reference for other courses through the course construction.
