摘要

本文深入探讨了大食物观背景下河北省高职食品专业人才供求契合度的现状与问题,并提出了相应的解决策略.河北省作为食品产业大省,其食品专业人才的培养与行业需求之间存在一定的结构性矛盾,针对这些问题,本文提出了优化食品专业教育与课程设置、建立食品人才供需信息平台、提升学生食品专业技能与素养等策略.

Abstract

This paper delves into the current situation and problems of the supply-demand congruence of food professionals in Hebei Province under the background of the concept of"big food"and puts forward corresponding solutions.Hebei Province is a large food industry province,and there is a structural contradiction between the training of food professionals and the needs of the industry.In response to these problems,the paper proposes solutions such as optimizing the education and curriculum of food-related majors,establishing a food talent supply and demand information platform,and improving the food-related professional skills and qualities of students.
