摘要

本文探讨了智能视觉识别技术在果蔬瑕疵检测中的应用,包括图像采集与预处理、特征提取与分类,以及深度学习技术在瑕疵检测中的具体应用.通过这些方法,可以实现对果蔬瑕疵的快速、准确识别,对提升果蔬产业的自动化和智能化水平具有重要意义.

Abstract

This paper discusses the application of intelligent visual recognition technology in fruit and vegetable defect detection,including image acquisition and preprocessing,feature extraction and classification,and the specific application of deep learning technology in defect detection.Through these methods,rapid and accurate identification of fruit and vegetable defects can be achieved,which is of great significance to improve the automation and intelligence level of the fruit and vegetable industry.
