This paper discusses the application and strategy of electrical engineering in food processing safety control,analyzes the application of electrical engineering in temperature control,environmental monitoring and food safety detection in detail,and puts forward food processing safety control strategies such as ensuring the quality and safety of food processing raw materials,appropriate use of food additives,actively introducing advanced technology and strengthening management.It aims to ensure that consumers can enjoy safe and healthy food.
