本文从食品检测专业技术管理人员的视角出发,详细阐述了微生物快速检测技术的定义及其在食品安全领域的重要性.进一步探讨了该技术的核心应用方法和技术手段,旨在为食品安全管理提供参考和指导,以提升食品检测效率,保障公众健康.

Abstract

In this paper,the definition of microbial rapid detection technology and its importance in the field of food safety are described in detail from the perspective of professional technical management personnel of food testing.This paper further discusses the core application methods and technical means of this technology,aiming at providing reference and guidance for food safety management,so as to improve the efficiency of food detection and protect public health.
