摘要

胶体金免疫层析技术同时检测芹菜中毒死蜱、氯氟氰菊酯、克百威和氟虫氰4种农药,具有操作简单、价格低廉、易于推广等特点.本试验考察了胶体金免疫层析试纸条的准确度、灵敏度及特异性等参数,结果显示,胶体金免疫层析技术检测芹菜中农药残留具有针对性强、准确性高、灵敏度适中、特异性良好的特点,是提高基层农产品质量安全相关机构监管能力的重要技术手段.

Abstract

The colloidal gold immunochromatography technique for simultaneous detection of celery chlorpyrifos,cyhalothrin,carboxanil and flufenuron has the characteristics of simple operation,low price and easy popularization.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the colloidal gold immunochromatography strip were investigated.The results showed that the detection of pesticide residues in celery by colloidal gold immunochromatography has the characteristics of strong pertinency,high accuracy,moderate sensitivity and good specificity,and is an important technical means to improve the supervision ability of relevant institutions of quality and safety of grassroots agricultural products.
