摘要

本研究建立了一种电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定垫江县地产铁皮石斛中 10 种矿质元素:钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、钾(K)、铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、硒(Se)、镍(Ni)、锶(Sr)含量的方法,旨在了解垫江县地产铁皮石斛中对人体有益元素的含量,为食药物质铁皮石斛的加工和食用提供参考.

Abstract

In this study,an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method was established for the simultaneous determination of 10 mineral elements including calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg),potassium(K),iron(Fe),manganese(Mn),zinc(Zn),copper(Cu),selenium(Se),nickel(Ni)and strontium(Sr)in Dendrobium officinale from Dianjiang County.The objective is to understand the content of beneficial elements in Dendrobium officinale in Dianjiang County,and to provide reference for the processing and eating of Dendrobium officinale.
