Evaluation and Analysis of Cadmium,Lead,and Chromium Pollution in Aquatic Products Sold in Guangdong Province in 2023
In this study,the pollution levels of heavy metals cadmium,lead and chromium in aquatic products sold in Guangdong Province in 2023 were evaluated and analyzed.The contents of cadmium,lead and chromium in 1 072 batches of aquatic products randomly collected in the market and catering industry were determined according to national standards.The pollution of aquatic products was evaluated by single pollution index,comprehensive pollution index and safety limit method.The results show that the pollution of aquatic products in Guangdong Province in 2023 is slight,and the heavy metal pollution of crabs and shellfish should be paid more attention to.
