Qualitative Analysis of Chromogenic Chemical Categories of Poria Cocos
To qualitatively analyze the chemical composition of Poria cocos.The active ingredients of Poria cocos were extracted using 50%ethanol extraction method and their chemical composition was qualitatively analyzed using chemical colorimetric reaction.The results showed that the extract of Poria cocos contains flavonoids,cardiac glycosides,triterpenes,tanning,alkaloids,sugars and glycosides,which are the chemicals that determine the health benefits of Poria cocos and provide a theoretical basis for further research on the components.
