摘要

生蚝作为重要海产品,其微生物污染问题一直备受关注.本研究综述了生蚝中微生物污染的分子检测技术,包括聚合酶链式反应(PCR)、实时荧光定量PCR和高通量测序等方法.通过比较分析不同检测技术的优缺点,探讨了它们在生蚝微生物污染检测中的应用.

Abstract

As an important seafood,oysters have long been a focus of concern regarding microbial contamination.This study reviews molecular detection techniques for microbial contamination in oysters,including polymerase chain reaction(PCR),real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,and high-throughput sequencing methods.Through comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different detection techniques,their applications in detecting microbial contamination in oysters are discussed.
