Fusarium toxin,as a kind of mycotoxin widely existing in various crops and their products,has great harm.In this study,the main detection techniques of Fusarium toxin were summarized,and the sample pretreatment and follow-up detection techniques were summarized.At the same time,the challenges encountered in the current detection and the direction of multi-disciplinary comprehensive development in the future are reviewed and prospected,which can provide references for the research of fusarium toxin and the development of related new detection technologies.
