The study used gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to quantitatively analyze the content of dibutyl phthalate(DBP)in commercially available alcoholic beverages,and explored the impact of different alcohol varieties on DBP exceeding standards.The research results show that there are differences in DBP exceeding standards among different types of alcoholic beverages.To ensure consumer safety,comprehensive measures should be taken to control DBP exceeding standards in commercially available alcoholic beverages through packaging materials,production processes,and other aspects,in order to safeguard public health and safety.
