This paper collates the sampling and inspection data of food safety supervision in Alar City from 2019 to 2023,analyzes the existing food safety problems,and aims to understand the food safety situation in Alar City and provide reference for the regulatory authorities.The results showed that a total of 4 027 batches of food safety supervision and sampling inspections in Alar City from 2019 to 2023,with a pass rate of 98.14%,and the food safety situation was relatively stable,but special attention was still needed to the unqualified food.
