The Old Friends Rice Noodles is one of the most distinctive flavor foods in Guangxi,which has great market potential.In recent years,with the rise of pre-made dishes,its industrial scale is also expanding.This paper investigates the origin,development and consumption of the old friends rice noodles,and adopts SWOT analysis to find that there are some problems and challenges in the business model,production technical standards,product quality and market share of the friends industry.Based on the above analysis,some suggestions are put forward in order to provide reference for the development of the old friends rice noodles industry.
