This article introduces the management structure,division of labor and daily management of design-led EPC projects,discusses the advantages,disadvantages and challenges of design-led EPC in grain storage projects,and proposes countermeasures.With the help of practical experience,we can effectively avoid various risks in the future,continuously enhance comprehensive service capabilities,and continuously improve project management benefits.
