摘要

采用硬泡聚氨酯、粮仓专用密封槽等材料,对粮仓的地坪裂缝、内墙面、通风口等关键部位进行改造,并通过对比分析改造的实际效果.结果表明,改造后的粮仓隔热气密性显著增强,在控温储粮、气调储粮杀虫方面展现出优越性,且施工便捷、成本低廉,为粮食仓储行业的绿色转型提供了可行方案.

Abstract

Using hard bubble polyurethane,special sealing groove for granary and other materials to transform the floor cracks,inner walls,vents and other key parts of granary,and the actual effects of the transformation are compared and analyzed.The test results show that the modified granaries have significantly enhanced the heat insulation and air tightness,showing superiority in the applications of temperature control grain storage,air regulation grain storage and insect control,and the construction is convenient and the cost is low,which provides a feasible scheme for the green transformation of grain storage industry.
