摘要
本文在综述平顶山市绿色食品原料供给能力、产业集群规模、市场流通体系、科技创新情况的基础上,分析了发展绿色食品在产业层级、企业实力、产业链条、自主创新方面的挑战,提出了推进绿色食品产业高质量发展的对策.
Abstract
After summarizing the supply capacity of green food raw materials,industrial cluster size,market circulation system,and technological innovation situation in Pingdingshan city,this article analyzes the challenges of developing green food in terms of industry level,enterprise strength,industrial chain,and independent innovation,and proposes that countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of the green food industry.
