摘要
本文将成果导向教育(Outcome Based Education,OBE)理念指导下的SRPED教学模式引入本科食品质量与安全专业食品毒理学课程,开展教学探索.通过重构学习目标与完善内容、优化教学过程、采用多样教学方法及改进评价机制,改善食品毒理学课程教学现状,培养具有实践创新能力和毒理学操作技能的实践人才.
Abstract
This paper introduces the SRPED teaching model guided by the outcome based education(OBE)concept into the food toxicology course for undergraduate food quality and safety majors to carry out teaching exploration.By reconstructing the learning objectives and improving the content,optimizing the teaching process,adopting various teaching methods and improving the evaluation mechanism,the teaching situation of food toxicology course was improved,and practical talents with practical innovation ability and toxicology operation skills were cultivated.
