Construction of a Practical Teaching System for Food Nutrition and Health Majors in Universities Based on"Output Orientation"
In order to enhance students'professional practical abilities,the professional named as the food nutrition and health in Nanning University has constructed a"student centered,output oriented,and continuous improvement"practical teaching system named as"one concept,two integration,three levels and four abilities"according to model of a multi-agent collaborative education model of the modern industry college.The main content of this system is to carry out subject integration and industry-education integration based on the OBE concept,and carry out practical teaching activities at the three levels of basic/professional practice,comprehensive training practice,and internship practice to cultivate high-quality applied talents who know food science,understand food nutrition,and are good at health services.
